Family LawDIVORCE MEDIATION Today, the majority of divorce cases are resolved through mediation rather than by a court. In fact, many judges enter an order requiring the divorcing couple to attend mediation before starting the long, arduous process of going to trial. Often mediation will resolve most if not all of the issues in contention. As your advocate in your divorce, we will encourage utilization of the mediation process to resolve your disputes as quickly and cost effectively as possible. For more information regarding how mediations are conducted and the many benefits available through the process, please see our "Mediation" web page. click here.
