ROGER A. METZ graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Woodrow Wilson College of Law in 1981. Roger has a background in tax accounting and worked as a business and personal tax accountant for Tax Corporation of America and MARCOIN Accounting Services before attending law school. Roger began his law practice in 1983 concentrating in corporate law, business formations and startups, taxation, estate planning and probate, and general business litigation. Roger is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Georgia, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Tax Court. Further, Roger is a member of the Real Estate and Elder Law Sections of the State Bar of Georgia and is a member of the Gwinnett County Bar Association's Estate Planning and Probate Section.
