JOHN L
JOHN L. ADAIR, JR.
graduated from David Lipscomb University with a
Bachelor of Arts degree and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Georgia
State University College of Law in 1989. Prior to joining Blackburn,
Walther & Sloan, John was an associate with Thompson & McClure where he
practiced in the areas of commercial litigation and corporate law. John
became a partner in 1996. He practices in the areas of corporate
transactional matters, commercial collections, and real estate. John
is a member of the State Bar of Georgia where he is active in the Real
Estate and Corporate Counsel sections. John is also a member of the
Atlanta Bar Association, the Gwinnett County Bar Association, and the Commercial
Law League of America. John is admitted to practice in the Superior Court
of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia and the United States District Court
for the Northern District of Georgia.
