RODNEY HOOD graduated, Summa Cum Laude, from College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Chicago Law School. Rodney began practicing law in Gainesville, Georgia, where he gained much litigation experience in the area of criminal defense, both at the felony and misdemeanor level. Rodney began practicing real estate law with BWSA, and he is admitted to practice in the Superior Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. Rodney is a member of the Georgia Bar and is a member of both the Criminal Law and Young Lawyer’s Divisions of the Bar.
