Wire InstructionsWe much prefer to have a certified check for closing funds. However, if you cannot bring or forward by an overnight delivery service certified funds, you may need to wire transfer the funds to us. Please remember to wire the funds at least twenty-four hours in advance of the closing. It often takes a full day from the time the wire is sent before it is confirmed in our bank account. Because wires can be reversed until the moment the funds are received in our account, a federal reserve reference number or other tracking numbers are not sufficient under Georgia's "Good Funds" law. Without the funds in our account, we cannot close the transaction. If you are an individual (rather than a lender) please contact your closing secretary or paralegal to inform them of your need to wire funds. Click here for our contact directory. Wire Transfer Instructions Please complete all three steps as shown, to avoid delay of wire. Failure to follow these instructions could result in a delay of the wire transfer and the closing.

FOR FURTHER CREDIT TO/SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: PLEASE NOTE: These instructions must show completely on the wire sent. Failure to follow these instructions will cause the wire to be returned and will result in a substantial delay, perhaps a day or more, of the wire transfer and the closing.
